The Chicago Bears are expanding their search for a new stadium to Northwest Indiana, even though they already own land in Arlington Heights and have also proposed a new lakefront stadium in Chicago.
Warren envisions a stadium just south of the Bears’ current home at Soldier Field, on the site of what is now a parking lot.
