Rolled sugar cookies: cream together 4 sticks unsalted butter with 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, stir in 6 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 T cornstarch.
